The E.O. Manees House is located in Argenta the heart of North Little Rock, Arkansas. This historic home is a premier event location that offers a unique and elegant setting for any occasion.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this stately mansion boasts grand architecture, beautiful gardens, and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces that are perfect for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

The E.O. Manees House has been renovated to provide the southernmost atmosphere with its high ceilings, grand staircase, elegant fireplaces and original chandeliers. We have worked diligently to preserve the Colonial Revival and Classical Revival styling.

Whether you're planning a small intimate gathering or a large celebration, The E.O. Manees house has the perfect space to accommodate your needs. The house hostess will work with you and/or your event planner to create an event that exceeds your expectations. The venue invites all wedding planners, event coordinators, caterers, florists and other trades to bring their magic to life in this home.

Best of all, when you rent our facility, you get access to everything you need for a truly unforgettable event: the entire space, including tables, chairs, and all of our housekeeping services. Let's make your event an absolute blast!

WEDDINGS

We are thrilled to collaborate with wedding planners and event coordinators! We don't specialize in wedding planning ourselves, our dedicated house hostess will guide each and every planner / coordinator through every nook and cranny of our beautiful venue, ensuring that your special day goes off without a hitch. If you're in need of a planner or coordinator, we'd be more than happy to recommend someone fantastic!

SPECIAL EVENTS

Let us make your event unforgettable! We'll take care of everything so you can fully enjoy the day. Book a worry-free Bridal, Senior or Family Photoshoot with us and get full access to the location for 2 hours. Contact us now!

CORPORATE EVENTS

We can assist in planning your corporate event, dinner party, Christmas celebration and other occasions.

Planning includes assistance with logistics, catering, florals, coordination of tables, chairs, linens and dinnerware. We assure you this is fuss free! All you do is show up, enjoy and go home happy!

We are in walking distance of the many great restaurants and entertainment. Along with your lease comes the use of our downstairs ballroom and catering kitchen.

We loved getting to celebrate our day at E.O. Manee’s. They have table and chairs available which saved us the hassle of dealing with rentals, and she made sure they were out and ready for us to set up as we needed. The catering kitchen is gorgeous and has ample space to work in.The bathrooms are so cute, and my husband loved the groom suite, and the balcony provided a great photo op.
